The University of Hong Kong Student Residences at Wong Chuk Hang Site, the pilot project adopting Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), anticipated construction completion date in 2023.

The mockup of the captioned project has been finished at the earlier time to showcase the technical skills and quality of MiC as well as the design features of the project. Ir Lau Chun-kit, Ricky, JP, Permanent Secretary for Development (Works) visited the mockup site with our project team to inspect and examine the MiC unit.
