Thanks to the Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD), our project “Kai Tak Development – Stage 4 Infrastructure at the Former Runway and South Apron Developments and Waterfront Promenade” has been awarded Special Citation (Plan/Concept Category) in HKIUD Urban Design Awards 2021.

The overall design concept taking the essence of water flow, embraces “As the city glade buzzes and soars, Kai Tak lifts off as before”. With the extended elements of the design such would involve energy, continuity, creativity and interaction to the place.
