As a National Committee Member (Hong Kong) of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Principal Bernard V. Lim attended the 3rd Session of the 12th Committee in Beijing. He submitted several proposals to the Committee, stressing issues, including speedy implementation of “architects’ role and responsibility in administering and overseeing projects”.
