AD+RG’s project of revitalizing Mei Ho House into a City Hostel for the Hong Kong Youth Hostels Association, through sensitive adaptive re-use of historic building under the “Revitalizing Historic Buildings through Partnership Scheme” of the Commissioner for Heritage's Office, Development Bureau has won “Hong Kong Institute of Architects Annual Awards 2013 Special Mention: Special Architectural Award (Heritage and Adaptive Reuse)”. Principal Bernard V. Lim, Principal S.K. Ho and Assistant Principal Eugene Chung attended the award ceremony at Pacific Place, Admiralty, Hong Kong on 13 June 2014.
